Just tried their Peri Peri Kabsa Rice and it was a solid 10/10. The spices were perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The gravy that comes with the dish matched it really well and elevated the whole experience. Also loved how neatly and conveniently they pack takeaway orders

Had a great meal at Baharat — the flavors are rich and authentic, especially the mandi and biryani which are aromatic and really hit the spot. The menu has a nice variety of Middle Eastern and fusion dishes with well-balanced spices that make each bite enjoyable. The atmosphere in the food court setting is cozy and relaxed, and overall the food quality and taste are impressive. A bit more attention to speed of service and consistency during busy hours would make the experience even better, but I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone craving flavorful Arabian-style cuisine in Colombo.

Had the peri peri kabsa rice at Bharat at fusion food court. It was packed with flavor, and the chicken was well cooked and nicely seasoned. Priced at 1650/-, the portion size was quite good for the price. The dish had authentic Kabsa flavors and was definitely satisfying.
